As advertised :

We are seeking highly motivated NZ registered teachers to join our dedicated team. These teachers will be dedicated to providing the best educational outcomes for all children while teaching in an innovative, collaborative learning environment within a supportive multicultural school.

Sunnyhills School is a leading primary school catering for children from Y0–6 and is located in a culturally diverse area that is east Auckland. As a community, we actively encourage involvement and promote a sense of belonging.

Using the NZ Curriculum to frame our curriculum delivery, children at Sunnyhills learn through an inquiry-based approach; they are encouraged to explore concepts and ideas by posing questions, investigating and researching, seeking answers and taking action to develop understanding and meaning.

The senior leadership work collaboratively with staff across all year levels to best meet the educational and pastoral needs of all learners. We have a focus on quality literacy and mathematics programmes and our highly effective teachers encourage students to strive for academic and personal excellence in all aspects of the curriculum.

Sunnyhills School offers innovative, creative, individualised learning. Students live the school vision of “Learning for Life”. The school has a caring, inclusive, nurturing environment.

Staff, students and parents work together to build our future citizens and leaders. We invite you to consider being part of the learning at Sunnyhills School.
